期末考就快到了...書桌越來越凌亂
連地上都開始堆書了...
桌上的那幾本就是我要考的第一科 Corporate Bonds
那本黃色的就是Corporate Bonds 的一大堆Indenture (公司債契約)
每個條款可是漏漏長(請用台語發音)
上次隨便拿一段話有關Payment Blockage Period 問加拿大檢察官愛德華同學
愛德華同學看了那一段話 跟我說 Oh my god, totally incomprehensible!
(考完以後 再把這段話 Po給大家看)

在此為了紓解各位的壓力 告訴大家Romano的Corporate Finance悲慘的Final
(自我安慰法:聽到比自己悲慘的遭遇,會覺得自己的情況還不算太壞)
Romano說 大家如果看到題目超過二十頁 別Panic喔 因為我們本來就是要分析案例的@@
Allen 教授都說了 如果要修Romano的Corporate Finance 也許可以考慮修Stern的 會比較簡單 哈哈
上天保佑修這門課的同學啊~~ (Domonique同學就有修 然後最近一天到晚被法國皮魯同學虧~~真是太慘了)

每個修Corporate Bonds的同學都叫苦連天覺得這門課很難呢 嬌嬌女雖然沒有修 可是光聽大家講就覺得暈頭轉向 不過我覺得不管是brc還是小蕃茄公主一定沒問題的 想想上學期Romano的公司法都撐過來啦 加油~加油~加油~(一定要用志玲式加油法)

終於考完這一科了 比想像中的好一些... 那段Incomprehensible有關Blockage Period的條款 還真的考出來了 不過是考那段話的前面一句 等全考完後 再把原文Po給大家 測驗一下英文理解能力
終於考完第二科了 把加拿大愛德華檢察官說 incomprehensible的這一段原文給大家參考一下 Only one Payment Blockage Period pursuant to such notice may be commenced with respect to the Securites during any period of 365 consective days. Successive Payment Blocage Periods based on successive Non-payment Defaults may be commenced; provided that no Non-payment Default with respect to Senior Indebtedness which existed or was continuing on the date of the commencement of any Payment Blockage Period shall be, or be made, the basis for the commencement of any other Payment Blockage Period wiht respect to such Senior Indebtedness unless such event of default shall have been cured or waived for a period of not less than 180 consecutive days.
